How to Delete Ria Health Alcohol Reduction App on Android

Step 1: Open Your Ria Health App

Once you have opened your Ria Health app, you are going to want to click on the hamburger menu located on the top right as illustrated below.

Step 2: Access Your Profile

When you have opened the menu you will then be able to click on the profile menu option as shown below.

Step 3: Begin Account Delete Process

Once you are in your profile, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the app where you should see the Delete My Account button as shown below.

Step 4: Confirm Account Deletion

You will then be asked to confirm your account deletion by clicking on the Continue to Account Deletion button as shown below. If you do not want to delete your account, you will be able to click on the Go Back button to cancel the process.

Step 4: Final Deletion Step

Your final step to finalize your account deletion will ask you to provide a reason for your deletion and once complete you can click on the Request Account Deletion. Our support team will receive your request and will be delete you account within 3 business days. Once your account is deleted we are still required to maintain a copy of your medical and financial records in accordance with applicable law.
